What is a snap bar? 

A wax melt snap bar is a type of scented wax product used in wax warmers to release fragrance into the air—similar to candles, but without a wick or flame. Each bar is approximately 50g of wax. 

How long does a wax snap bar last?

Each 50g snap bar contains five chunks of highly scented wax, with each chunk weighing approximately 10g. Typically, 10 grams of wax can provide a lasting scent experience for 8–12 hours, or the equivalent of 2–3 tealights. (4hour tealights)

Please note that these are general guidelines — the longevity of each scent may vary, as every fragrance oil is uniquely crafted.

What is a mini moon? 

Our Mini Moons are a cute and convenient alternative to traditional snap bars, designed for those who love to sample new scents or enjoy smaller doses of fragrance. Each packet contains 2 crescent shaped mini moons, with approximately 20g of wax – just the right amount to test a scent or freshen up a smaller space.

Tea light burners Vs Electric burners?

For the best overall performance and optimal scent throw, we recommend using 4-hour tealight burners. If you're after a stronger fragrance experience, a tealight burner is the way to go.

Tealight burners generally reach higher temperatures than electric burners. This is because they use an open flame to heat the wax, allowing the scent to disperse more effectively.

Electric burners, on the other hand, warm the wax using a bulb. They often feature adjustable heat settings and come in various wattages. However, lower wattage models may not get hot enough to fully release the fragrance. That said, electric burners can be a safer option as they don't involve an open flame.

Both types of burners have their advantages, so the best choice ultimately comes down to your personal preference and setup.

What is the returns policy?

We accept returns if your order is incorrect or faulty. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you within 3 working days to confirm whether it has been accepted. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
